This money was collected at a church service at Lockwood Baptist Church (where a long time ago I was minister).during which my wife and i celebrated our 60th Wedding Anniversary and we, being long time supporters of Spurgeons (once having fostered two girls from there) asked the church to donate to your Prisoner Family Support scheme highlighted in the last magazine, instead of a present. This gift is largely from the church plus a smallish sum from ourselves. Because of this we cannot GiftAid, it, but as it was collected in a church can you not claim tax back?
